Prepare Sooji & Anday ka Chilla
- Anday (Eggs) 4
- Pyaz (Onion) finely chopped 1 medium
- Shimla mirch (Capsicum) finely chopped ½ Cup
- Tamatar (Tomato) deseeded & finely chopped ½ Cup
- Hari mirch (Green chilli) finely chopped ½ tbs
- Sooji (Semolina) 4 tbs
- Doodh (Milk) 2 tbs
- Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) ¼ tsp or to taste
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
- Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) 1 pinch
- Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tsp
- Hara dhania (Fresh Coriander) chopped 1 tbs
- Podina (Mint leaves) chopped 1 tbs
- Makhan (Butter)
- Cooking oil 1 tsp
- Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped
Prepare Hetb Yogurt Sauce
- Dahi (Yogurt) hung 1 Cup
- Dried thyme ¼ tsp
- Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) ½ tsp
- Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
- Lemon juice 1 tbs
- Olive Oil
Directions
Prepare Sooji & Anday ka Chilla
In a bowl,add eggs,onion,capsicum,tomato,green chilli,semolina,milk,red chilli powder,salt, turmeric powder,ginger garlic paste,fresh coriander,mint leaves & whisk well.
Grease frying pan with butter & add cooking oil.
Add eggs mixture & spread evenly,cover & cook on low flame for 6-8 minutes & flip,cover & cook on medium flame for 2-3 minutes.
Prepare Hetb Yogurt Sauce
In a bowl,add yogurt,dried thyme,garlic powder,black pepper crushed,salt,lemon juice,olive oil & whisk well.
Garnish with fresh coriander & serve with herb yogurt sauce!

Sooji & Anday ka Chilla Tayar Kren
Bowl mein anday,pyaz,shimla mirch,tamatar,hari mirch,sooji,doodh,lal mirch powder,namak,haldi powder,adrak lehsan paste,hara dhania aur podina dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
Frying pan ko makhan sa grease karein aur cooking oil dal dein.
Anday ka mixture dal ker evenly pheela lein aur dhak ker halki ancch per 6-8 minutes kliya paka lein,flip ker lein aur dhak ker halki ancch per darmiyani ancch per 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
Hetb Yogurt Sauce Tayar Kren
Bowl mein dahi,dried thyme,lehsan powder,kali mirch crushed,namak,lemon juice aur olive oil dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
Hara dhania sa garnish ker lein aur herb yogurt sauce ka saath serve karein.
