Ingredients
Prepare Crispy Potato Rings
- Aloo (Potatoes) boiled & cubes ½ kg
- Chawal ka atta (Rice flour) ½ Cup
- Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
- Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tsp
- Namak (Salt) ½ tbs or to taste
- Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ½ tsp
- Chaat masala ½ tsp
- Cornflour 3 tbs
- Adrak paste (Ginger paste) ½ tbs
- Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped handful
- Cooking oil for frying
Directions
Prepare Crispy Potato Rings
In a bowl,add potatoes & mash well with the help of the masher.
Add rice flour,black pepper powder,cumin seeds,salt,red chilli crushed,chaat masala,cornflour, ginger paste & mix well.
Add fresh coriander,mix well & let it rest for 15 minutes.
Grease hands with cooking oil,take a large quantity of mixture & make a ball.
Place on clean working surface (greased with cooking oil) & roll into cylindrical shape with the help of palm and cut into slices then cut into rings using cookie cutter.
In a frying pan,heat cooking oil and fry potato rings on medium flame until golden.
Serve with sauce or tomato ketchup.
